The pods included custom finishes tailored to the client’s design requirements. Night-time offloading and installation were coordinated to allow daytime concrete casting by crane. Placement and installation were also scheduled around the project’s second-shift working arrangements.
Results
The approach reduced on-site waste and labour requirements and supported the project’s demanding programme. It helped meet the deadline for opening part of the hotel before Hajj, allowing the hotel to begin generating income.
